Meridian Fuels Is Now McDougall Energy
As of February 10th, Meridian Fuels is now operating as McDougall Energy.
Since acquiring Meridian Fuels in 2026, our teams have been working together to streamline operations, expand our services, and provide more value to customers across Northern Ontario. You can rest assured that your propane, home heating oil, fuel, and lubricants services and deliveries will remain unchanged, and you will continue to receive the same reliable service from the local team you know and trust.
We want to thank our customers for the continued support as we work to make this transition as smooth as possible. We're honoured to continue serving the local community with the same dedication and expertise.
Register for myAccount
Beginning February 10th, customers will be able to access McDougall Energy's myAccount customer portal to manage their energy needs. To register, customers will need their McDougall Energy Customer ID and either a recent invoice number or primary phone number associated with their account.
With myAccount, customers can:
- Order fuel
- View tank levels & track fuel usage
- Make secure online payments
- View billing history
- View deliveries & order history
- Manage additional user accounts
- Build customized reports
- Manage cardlock transactions
- And more!
